About Sanas

SANAS was born out of my desire to connect—deeply—with the rhythms of the natural world, and to help others awaken that same spark of curiosity within themselves. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to the mystery beneath the surface of things—the breath beneath the breath, the silence between movements, the stories etched into skin, bone, and spirit.

Each session is an exploration—an invitation to venture beneath the surface. Guided by instinct and touch, I map the subtle terrain of your body, following cues that lead to release, renewal, and ease. No two sessions are alike. Together, we uncover where tension hides and where freedom lives, one breath, one layer at a time.

Guided by breath, presence, and choice, these sessions offer a powerful reset for body and mind. People come to the cold seeking resilience, clarity, and calm—and leave with a deeper connection to their inner fire. It’s not just exposure—it’s exploration. The cold reveals, refines, and reawakens.

With over 17 years of experience across diverse styles, I guide you through practices tailored to where you are now and where you're headed. Whether one-on-one or in a group, each class is a chance to tune in, recalibrate, and uncover new terrain—within your body, your breath, your being. No path is ever the same, and that’s where the magic lives.

Breathwork

Your breath is the original guide—the first companion on your journey through life, and the last. In breathwork sessions, we follow this quiet current inward, uncovering hidden landscapes of sensation, emotion, and insight. With presence and curiosity, you’ll learn to meet your breath as an ally—one that anchors, awakens, and transforms. This is sacred terrain. Each inhale, a step forward. Each exhale, a release into the unknown.
