
My First (Elemental) Yoga Retreat

Join me for my first ever solo-led yoga retreat! I'm beyond excited to guide you through a weekend of yoga, nature, and connection with the four elements. Whether you're new to retreats or a seasoned yogi, this weekend will be a truly unforgettable adventure.
This retreat will focus on grounding, self-exploration, and fun, all while diving into the elemental energies of Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether. Come to relax, recharge, and connect with yourself and others in a beautiful, intimate setting.

DAY 1
Friday 2/21/25
Earth Element
Grounding & Arrival
4:00 PM – Arrival & Settle In
Arrive at our peaceful Airbnb nestled in the beautiful Cubuy mountains. If you're not driving yourself, don't worry – transportation can be arranged! Unwind and start connecting with nature around you.
4:00 – 6:00 PM – Welcome Mocktail & Settle In
Kick things off with a refreshing welcome mocktail, get settled into your space, and take a moment to soak in the serene surroundings.
6:30 – 8:00 PM – Delicious Vegetarian Dinner
Enjoy a nourishing, veggie-packed dinner to energize you for the evening ahead.
8:00 – 9:30 PM – Cacao Ceremony & Earth Element Yin Yoga
We'll begin our retreat with a grounding cacao ceremony, allowing us to connect with our intentions and each other. Afterward, we'll flow into a restorative Yin Yoga practice focused on the Earth element – grounding, stabilizing, and deeply calming.



DAY 2
Saturday 2/22/25
Water & Fire Element
Energize & Flow

6:30 – 8:00 AM – Sunrise Flow Yoga
Rise with the sun for a dynamic yoga flow, connecting with the Water element to awaken the body and open the heart.
8:00 – 10:00 AM – Breakfast
A nourishing and delicious breakfast to fuel your day. We’ll have a variety of fresh, plant-based options to keep you feeling vibrant!
10:00 AM – 2:00 PM – Free Time to Explore or Rest
Enjoy some downtime to read, journal, or take a peaceful trek to the river. If you're feeling adventurous, go for a nature walk, or just bask in the tranquility of the surroundings.
2:00 – 4:00 PM – Breathwork & Cold Immersion
Dive deep into your body and breath with a powerful breathwork session, followed by a revitalizing cold immersion experience. Challenge your body, calm your mind, and connect with the Water and Fire elements in a whole new way.
4:00 – 6:00 PM – Pool Party Fun
Let loose and cool down at our pool party! Splash around, chat with your new friends, and enjoy the afternoon vibes.
6:00 – 7:00 PM – Prep for Dinner
Relax and prep for a delicious and intimate dinner experience.
7:00 – 9:00 PM – Special Dinner
A magical, special dinner prepared with love, served under the stars. (*Wine will be served at dinner tonight!*)
9:00 PM – Onward – Fire Circle & Bedtime
Gather around the fire for a warm, cozy circle. Share stories, laugh, and reflect on your day. When you're ready, head to bed to rest up for tomorrow’s adventure.



DAY 3
Sunday 2/23/25
Air & Ether
Expansion & Relaxation
6:30 – 8:00 AM – Sunrise Yoga
Begin your day with a gentle, mindful yoga practice focused on the Air element – light, expansive, and full of possibility.
8:00 – 10:00 AM – Breakfast
Enjoy a vibrant, wholesome breakfast to nourish your body for the day ahead.
10:00 AM – 12:00 PM – Free Time
Take time for yourself – whether you want to meditate, take a nap, or go for a walk, today is all about tuning into the space around you and within you.
12:00 – 1:30 PM – Breathwork
We'll dive into an expansive breathwork session that taps into the Ether/Space element, helping to clear away any tension and open you to new insights.
1:30 – 4:00 PM – Free Time
More time to relax, read, journal, or enjoy the natural surroundings. The afternoon is yours to enjoy!
4:00 – 6:00 PM – Guided Thai Bodywork Exchange
Relax and restore with a guided Thai bodywork exchange. You’ll have the chance to give and receive healing touch, helping to release tension and enhance your energy flow.
6:00 – 7:30 PM – Dinner
A simple, wholesome meal to end the day on a nourishing note.
8:00 PM – Sound Bath
Let the gentle vibrations of a sound bath lull you into deep relaxation, clearing your mind and body. A perfect way to prepare for departure the next day.

DAY 4
Monday 2/24/25
Departure Day
Wake Up & Enjoy a Relaxed Morning
Sleep in a little, wake up when you want, and enjoy your final moments in this beautiful space.
8:00 AM – Breakfast
Enjoy one last breakfast with the group, savoring the quiet moments together before we say our goodbyes.
10:00 AM – Departure
Pack up your things, say your goodbyes, and leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and inspired.
