My sessions are a unique blend of Thai bodywork, Shiatzu,
Deep Tissue, Swedish and myofacial release techniques that will free tension and pain, provide relaxation, nervous system regulation, energetic release and renew connection so you feel good in your body.


Snorkeling & SCUBA
Part education and part exploration, Snorkeling and SCUBA with me are both ways of immersing yourself in your curiosity and peering beneath the surface, figuratively and literally. . If you look at water as a metaphor and how it corresponds to the life you live, do you find you know what lies beneath the surface of who you are? It is estimated that water covers about 71% of Earth’s surface, with oceans accounting for 95% of those waters. However, more than 80 percent of the ocean has never been mapped, explored, or even seen by humans. Your own body is 60% water! How much are you willing to discover? Both activities, when guided by me, focus on your breath and alleviating stress in your body in order to create an openness of mind that transforms these leisure activities into something much more profound. One needs not speak., but simply observe the here and now.
For those of you out there who have fear or anxiety around the water, I have 20 years as an educator of various disciplines and I am confident that I have the know-how and patience to assist you in finding the way to surrender to the “flow”.


Private Yoga
I draw from principals of Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin Yoga. The benefits of yoga are many and have been revered over the millennia as a way to preserve and/or increase not only flexibility and strength in the body, but also the mind. Let me guide you into creating more Yin in your Yang or more Yang in your Yin.


Breathwork
Your breath holds unknown potential for your wellness journey. I will guide you through a variety of breathwork practices that can be tailored to help you connect to a space where you can let go and release. Your breath may very well be your best medicine. The practice of breathing has a profound effect on releasing traumas, learning to manage anxiety, stimulating creativity, and creating a deeper insight into ones own self. Why? Because it is quite literally a practice of BEing with yourself.
